The service
ino iptv sells IPTV subscription access on a Basic, Standard, or Premium plan, described on our pricing page. Orders are placed and confirmed through live chat.
Payment and activation
Subscriptions are billed up front for the period you choose (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Payment instructions are sent during your chat conversation. Activation happens after payment is confirmed; processing time can vary.
Refunds and cancellation

Service limitations
Stream quality and availability depend on your internet connection and the underlying source, and can change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a specific uptime figure. See the limitations section on our home page for details.
Acceptable use
Accounts are for personal use on the devices you register with support. Sharing login credentials or reselling access without our agreement may result in suspension.
Your responsibility
You're responsible for confirming that using an IPTV service is permitted under the laws that apply to you and the terms of any device or app you use it with.
